The organisation behind this site
Hartlepool Electrical Help is operated by Vantage Growth Partners Ltd, company number 15968261, of 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. That company controls the personal data collected here and is on the ICO register as C2068704.
Details you give us
From the form we receive your name, phone number, email, postcode, the job type you picked and any short description. A phone call gives us your number and a recording of the call. The hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
How your information is used
Your details let an electrician contact you about the job you asked for. We rely on legitimate interests: you requested an electrician, and sharing your details with one is how that request is met. Call recordings also rest on legitimate interests, to check what was said and handle any complaint.
When calls are recorded
Calls to 01429 802645 are recorded, and a short message tells you so before you are connected. Our phone provider stores the recordings, which we use for training, quality checks and settling disputes.
Choosing whether to allow analytics
Google Analytics stays off until you press “Allow analytics”. It then counts visits, pages viewed, taps on the phone number and the job type on a sent form, never your name, phone, email or postcode. Google sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_XV3GEJ2GHX, kept for up to two years. Press “Keep analytics off” and neither is set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
Who receives your information
The electrician who takes your job receives your enquiry and is responsible for their own use of it. HighLevel holds our contact records, calls and messages, Cloudflare hosts the website and Google gets visit data only if you allow analytics. Some providers store data in the US under the UK-US data bridge or the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses. We never sell your details; email us with any questions.
How long records remain
Enquiries and call recordings are deleted after 24 months, unless we need them longer for a complaint or legal claim.
Accessing and controlling your data
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, limit how we use it or object to its use. To withdraw analytics consent, press “Change cookie permission” on this page and pick “Keep analytics off”. Complaints go to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, phone 0303 123 1113.
